Browned Butter & Herb Sea Bass
Fancy up any white fish with this simple browned butter and herb sauce. Combine butter and garlic, and cook over medium heat until the butter is lightly browned. Stir in herbs and pepper. Pour over sautéed sea bass or baked tilapia.
