Cooking Guidelines:
Barbecue
Preheat barbecue to high. Lower temperature to medium heat. Remove the cedar-planked salmon from the plastic wrap. Place planked salmon onto barbecue. Close cover and cook thoroughly, until the salmon is opaque and flakes with a fork; or reaches an internal temperature of 158°F (70°C) or above.
Oven
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Remove the cedar-planked salmon from the plastic wrap. Place planked salmon onto middle rack. Cook thoroughly, until the salmon is opaque and flakes with a fork; or reaches an internal temperature of 158°F (70°C) or above.
