Our Norwegian Fjord Cod Bites are a light and crispy pub-style family favourite. DOM takes chunks of bite-sized Atlantic Cod fillets, dips them into gluten-free breading that is lightly seasoned with salt & vinegar, and fries them to a golden brown.

Cooking Guidelines:
From frozen
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Bake for approximately 25 minutes on parchment or aluminum lined baking sheet. Breading should be crispy. Bake to an internal temperature of 158°F (70°C) or above.
